Participation is open to all persons interested in the Congress.

How to register
- Pre registration is now closed. After now only on site registrations will be accepted.

Registration desk
The registration desk will be located at Pavilion 9 of the La Rural Convention Center.
Opening hours:
- Saturday, September 29 – 14.00 to 19.00 h
- Sunday, September 30 – 09.00 to 19.00 h
- Monday, October 1 to Thursday October 4 – 07.30 to 18.30 h
- Friday, October 5 – 08.00 to 16.00 h

Registration procedures if you have registered on line before September 1, 2007.
Upon receipt of the registration with the appropriate payment, the secretariat will send a confirmation by an acknowledgement email with your registration number. If you do not receive a confirmation 6 weeks after your registration please contact the Secretariat (registration@dermato2007.org).
Please bring the confirmation letter to the Pre-Registration Desk at the Convention Center in order to pick up your bag and badge.
Registration will be confirmed only after receipt of the required fee. Registration will be handled on a first come, first served basis (in priority registration through the web, then faxes)

On Site - Methods of payment
- By Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express will be accepted.
- Cash: American dollars (USD) or argentine pesos
- NO TRAVELERS Checks or Cheques would be accepted ON SITE

Please Note:
- The Member category refers to dermatologists belonging to Societies that are members of the ILDS at the time of the World Congress.
- After September 1, 2007 pre-registration will NOT be accepted by the Congress Secretariat. After this date, participants will have to register on site.

Delegates Registration Fees include:
- Admission to all Congress sessions (except for the courses for which an additional fee is required), Poster areas and Technical Exhibition
- Access to the Opening and Closing ceremony
- Admission to the Welcoming Reception
- Congress documents (final program, Congress bag)
- Abstract Book and CD-Rom
- History of Latin American Dermatology Book
- Possibility of buying tickets for the Congress Closing Party

Accompanying persons fees include:
- Admission to the Accompanying persons lounge
- Access to the technical exhibition on the LAST DAY ONLY (Friday October 5th).
- Access to the Opening and Closing ceremony
- Admission to the Welcoming Reception
- 2 excursions: City Tour and Tigre-Delta tour
- Possibility of buying tickets for the Congress Closing Party

Name Changes
No name changes can be made after September 1, 2007.
Name substitutions on site will be treated as new registrations.
A lost badge can be replaced for a fee of US$ 30.

Cancellation and Refunds

Registration fees are refundable, minus a 25% administrative charge, for cancellation until September 1, 2007. There will be no refund after that date.
Cancellation of social events will be accepted until September 1, 2007. Up to that date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after September 1 and up to two days before the beginning of the Congress, the expenses will be refunded minus 50%.
No-shows cannot be refunded. Refunds will be made in November 2007.
