Exhibitors using Shell Scheme booths may occupy their stands for decoration on Saturday, September 29 at 14:00 h. All stands must be completed by Sunday, September 30, 10:00 h. Exhibition Dates
On Sunday, September 30 the Welcoming Reception will follow the Exhibition Opening from 19:30 to 22:00 h. We would like to remind all exhibitors that they are cordially invited to the Opening Ceremony and that they should be at their booths during the Welcoming Reception. On that day, the booths must be set-up, clean and staffed, but no samples or brochures can be handed out. Also, only for that day, no catering will be permitted at the booths; the Organizers have the exclusive right of catering for the Welcoming Reception on Sunday, September 30. The exhibition is only open to Congress Delegates and Exhibitors. However, on Friday, October 5th and only for that day, the exhibition will also be accessible to the accompanying persons.
