Dear Exhibitor,
We are pleased to extend a warm welcome to exhibitors from around
the world to the
21st World Congress of Dermatology, to be held in Buenos
Aires, Argentina,
October 1-5, 2007.
The WCD2007, held under the auspices of the International League
of Dermatological Societies, is organized by a dedicated team of
Argentine dermatologists with the support of all Argentine Dermatological
Associations. We are proud to have the support of all the Latin
American Dermatological Societies.
The Scientific Program will explore diverse topics, providing participants
with an exciting forum to exchange the latest experiences and knowledge
in Dermatology on a global scale.
The 91,000 square meters of the La Rural Convention and Exhibition
Center’s will house the anticipated 12,000 delegates to the
Congress. It is situated in the Palermo neighborhood, close to downtown
Buenos Aires, with many hotels nearby. The technical exhibition
will cover 13,700 sq m. Plans of La Rural Convention Center are

The Exhibition will be a major component of the 21st World Congress
of Dermatology. This is an unrivaled opportunity to be involved
in an exciting and informative trade exhibition that will reflect
cutting edge technologies and product lines in the field of the
Science of Skin Care. It will allow display of the latest state
of-the-art products and equipment available to Leaders in Dermatology
from around the world. The daily Program has been arranged to maximize
the opportunity for participants to visit the Exhibition. It will
offer prime booth space to showcase your products in a high traffic
area, and Hospitality Suites for those closer contacts that you
may wish to host. The location of the Exhibition Area at the crossroad
of the daily Scientific Sessions, has been planned to allow for
close interaction between the registrants and your booth. Besides
exhibition activities, Satellite and Sponsored Symposia will be
organized along with the main Congress activities.
In addition, sponsorship opportunities are available at various
Major Sponsorship levels. There are numerous events, items and activities
that can be totally or partially sponsored.
Buenos Aires is a cosmopolitan city with a greater Buenos Aires
population of 12 million, where the old Spanish architecture combines
with French districts and modern architecture, beautiful parks,
and several distinguished and refined tourist areas. Buenos Aires
is currently the most important tourist destination in South America,
with more than 2.5 million foreign visitors per year. It is also
the cultural capital of Latin America, with many different and simultaneous
activities, ranging from typical Tango Shows to the world famous
Colón Opera House.
Buenos Aires is an extremely pleasant and safe city, constantly
offering possibilities to share time with friends in parks and cafés.
It is also, the gateway to a marvelous country, with tourist attractions
so diverse that you will have great difficulty in selecting your
choice!
