After sending us the registration form, your ADMISSION BADGE can be picked up at the Venue in the Registration Area.

Qualified media include representatives from any of the following news organizations:

Properly accredited media members will be offered:

• A media kit
• Admission to media briefings
• Media room access
• Workspace in the Press Room, in addition to telephones and computers with free internet access (subject to availability)
• Wireless internet service for laptop computers (WIFI is not provided free of charge. To use the service, cards should be purchased at the locations available in the Congress premises)

PLEASE NOTE: Companies or organizations producing publications, videos, and/or other electronic media intended for marketing, advertising, financial analysis, or public relations purposes MAY NOT register as media. Financial analysts and public relations personnel may not register as media.

Logistics:
Upon arrival, please pick up your admission badge in the Registration Area. For identification purposes, you will be asked to submit a press pass from publication with photo and unexpired date.

Please note, without press credential, we will be unable to issue your admission badge.


Rules and regulations:

Registered media are required to wear media badges at all times while on- site at the meeting. All scientific sessions and lectures at the meeting are open to the media. Entry into sessions requires a badge.

Taking photographs or videotaping in any of the sessions is strictly prohibited.

Acceptance of credentials constitutes agreement by the bearer and his/her media organization to abide by all conditions established by the 21st World Congress of Dermatology.

The 21st World Congress of Dermatology reserves the right to deny or revoke any credentials at any time.
